I’m a Personal trainer and women’s wellness coach and I support women with hormonal, metabolic, and stress-related health needs.

 

With a foundation as a physiotherapist and further training as a yoga teacher, exercise instructor, personal trainer, Reiki master, womb awakening practitioner, and life coach, I bring a uniquely integrated and science-informed approach to women’s health. My work combines strength training, functional movement, somatics, nervous-system support, and energetic tools to help women feel strong, balanced, and deeply connected to their bodies.

 

I support women navigating hormone imbalances, perimenopause, low energy, painful cycles, stress, and burnout, blending personalised training plans with hormone-aware exercise principles, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and holistic emotional support. My goal is to help you build strength, stability, confidence, and vitality, not through hustle or burnout culture, but through a compassionate, body-led approach that honours your life, cycle, and energy.
