I’m a personal trainer with a background in physiotherapy and training as a yoga teacher, which means my approach goes far beyond just workouts. I focus on how your body moves, how it feels, and how to help you build strength in a way that’s safe, effective, and sustainable.

Alongside my work as a personal trainer, I’ve trained as an exercise instructor, Reiki practitioner, and hormone coach. What that means for you is a well-rounded approach.  I don’t just look at sets and reps, I look at the bigger picture: your movement, your energy, your stress levels, and how your body responds to training.

Why Train With Me

There are a lot of trainers out there, but not many combine clinical understanding with practical, real-world coaching.

Because of my physiotherapy background, I:

  • Understand injury, pain, and movement limitations

  • Focus on proper technique and long-term joint health

  • Adapt exercises to suit your body, not force you into a system

Because of my yoga and coaching background, I also:

  • Help you improve mobility, balance, and body awareness

My Approach to Training

When you train with me, you won’t be thrown into random sessions or pushed for the sake of it. Everything we do has a purpose.

I combine:

  • Strength training to build resilience and confidence

  • Functional movement to improve how your body works day to day

  • Mobility and control to keep you pain-free and moving well

 

For women in particular, I also take into account factors like energy levels, stress, and hormonal changes, so your training works with your body, not against it.
