Before the Christmas busyness begins, gift yourself 90 minutes of stillness, softness and deep nourishment. What to expect: Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods to gently release tension in the body and calm the nervous system. It’s the perfect antidote to stress, grounding, introspective and deeply restorative. No prior yoga experience is needed. This class is suitable for every body. We’ll be using bolsters, blankets and props to fully support the body in restorative holds, allowing you to melt into relaxation and encourage a sense of ease from the inside out. 🌙 Included: A Warm Cup of Cacao You’ll also be invited to enjoy a comforting cup of ceremonial-style cacao. Cacao contains natural compounds such as theobromine and magnesium, which can help relax the body, soften tension, open the heart and enhance feelings of calm and wellbeing. It’s the perfect companion to a yin practice — grounding, soothing and deeply nourishing. If you’re craving calm, cosy vibes and a moment to reset before the festive whirlwind… this is for you. ✨
